Several Merry Markets, a Santa Cookout and the Choir of Man? - This Week's Events in Columbus
December 18, 2025 Edition

Believe it or not, Christmas week is here already! People say this every year, but it seems like this Christmas season flew by faster than any other season I can remember. I truly can’t believe we’re already just 7 days out. The calendar is a little more sparse this week as people wind down their shopping and get ready for the holidays. I’ve removed the extra music/sports/Christmas section for this week because there just weren’t enough things to justify it, but it’ll be back after the holidays!
With that said, let’s get to the good stuff!

4.🎤 The Choir of Man

As I’m writing this, I realize this should probably be higher on the list, but I didn’t want people to miss last minute Christmas activities so here it is. This is another big time musical making a stop in our city. If you haven’t heard of this one, it’s an award-winning, international hit. It’s best described as a 90 minute pub-themed jukebox musical. Regardless of your tastes in music, I promise there’s something here you’ll like. They’ve got everything from Guns N’ Roses and Red Hot Chili Peppers to Luther Vandross, Adelle and Paul Simon. If those aren’t your style, how about Avicii, Katy Perry and Sia? This show truly has something for everyone, including a working bar as the set!
Location: River Center
Date: Friday, Dec 19
Time: 7:30 PM
More Info: The Choir of Man
5. 🎶11th Annual Lion and Lamb Music Christmas Bash

Rounding out this week is the 11th Annual Lion and Lamb Music Christmas Bash. This is in the mall, near JC Penney. Come enjoy free toys, gifts and a concert featuring the Hardaway High School Band, Timothy Gabriel and other artists. There will also be a local vendor market, in addition to all the other shopping inside the mall. The shopping starts at 11:00 AM and goes all day, while the concert gets started at 3:00.
Location: Peachtree Mall
Date: Saturday, Dec 20
Time: 3:00 PM
