Miss Georgia, Multiple Shopping Events & Boots on the Hooch!
June 12, 2025 Edition

Father’s Day snuck up on me this year! Don’t forget Father’s Day is this Sunday. Lots of restaurants around town are doing specials for the men. In other news, I received some great feedback from many different readers and overwhelmingly, folks wanted to see more events covered. I still want to keep this easy-to-read and not overly lengthy, so for this week I’m breaking things down into sections. I’ll keep the “feature events” up top, then below that we’ll short, separate sections for various categories These sections will be more of a short list than a full highlight, but it gets the information out there. This way, we can still cover some of those great weekly events like Street Food Saturdays or Market Days. Let me know what you think of the new format by replying to this email. Is it better, worse, or should I keep experimenting?
With that said, let’s get to the good stuff for this week!
