Better results don't always require more supplements.

Most supplement routines are built on guesswork.

SuppCo fixes that. They help you audit product quality, optimize your budget, and track the exact nutrient density of your stack. You take the right dosages from trusted sources. Nothing more, nothing less.

Plus, their core features are free. Not a trial. Just free.

Download the SuppCo app to see what you're actually taking. Then start building a routine that makes sense for your body and your budget.

Your workouts aren't random. Your supplements shouldn't be either.

Friday the 13th and Mardi Gras on the same week!? I don’t want to hear any complaints that there’s nothing to do in this city, at least not this month. This week features a lot of larger events where I expect big crowds, so pick one, get outside and go see what’s going on!

No filler this week, let's get right to the good stuff!

Events

1. Dancing Stars of Columbus

This event is back for the 17th year! Local Columbus residents will be raising awareness and funds for the Georgia Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association in a Dancing With the Stars style competition. 13 local residents will be paired with 13 pro dancers to gain votes from YOU in a one-night gala dance competition. Voters will vote online. This event is a lot of fun and you may even know some of the competitors! This year’s theme is “Hollywood Nights”.

2. Mardi Gras Parade and Festival 2026

The Fountain City Mardi Gras Association is hosting the 9th annual Mardi Gras Festival this Saturday. This is a family-friendly event filled with vendors, pageantry, youth attractions, food trucks and tailgates all celebrating Mardi Gras and Carnival culture. Attendance is free, but participation in the parade or events requires registration. There’s also a 5K and 1 mile fun walk if you want to start things off with a challenge.

3. Shen Yun

You’ve probably seen the billboards for this one, but just in case you haven’t, Shen Yun is coming to the River Center. Shen Yun is a performing arts center based in New York and they’re bringing an exciting mix of classical Chiense dance with traditional stagecraft, an East-West live orchestra and innovative backdrops. This performance has been hailed as a breakthrough in the world of the performing arts and every year they bring an all-new production. They bill this as more than just a performance, it’s a taste of a world and culture.

  • Location: River Center

  • Date: Tuesday, Mar 17th

  • Time: 7:30 PM

  • More Info: Shen Yun

4. Screen on the Green: Gremlins

What a perfect choice for a Friday the 13th outdoor moving screening! It’s horror, it’s comedy, and ultimately it’s rated PG so it’s a little more appropriate for family than full on horror. Come join everybody at the Civic Center Amphitheater for this fun event. Bring a lawn chair, blankets, snacks and your favorite people. Please note that guests 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult 21 or over.

  • Location: Civic Center Amphitheater

  • Date: Friday, Mar 13th

  • Time: 7:00 PM

  • More Info:  Scream on the Green

5. State of Emergency Concert

If the Friday the 13th Civic Center event isn’t your style, maybe this is what you’re looking for. The State of Emergency Concert is taking over the area for one explosive night that you won’t soon forget. This will be a high-energy showcase of some of the hottest names in hip-hop, with artists like YFN Lucci, Finesse2tymes, BunnaB and YK Niece. If you’re interest, I’d recommend grabbing tickets now and not at the gate.
