Crowder, Jeff Dunham and Coca-Cola Coming Home - This Week's Events in Columbus

November 20, 2025 Edition

The Christmas season is really ramping up! So, tell me, are you one of the people that decorates for Christmas immediately after Halloween or are you a firm “no decorations until after Thanksgiving” person? Respond and let me know! After that cold front last week, we’re near record highs this week. Such is life in our great state. The events this week contain some relatively big names and events. There are events that I don’t think have come through Columbus before, which is always fun. I won’t spoil it here, you’ll have to keep reading to find out!

Cliffhangers in a newsletter aren’t as dramatic, so let’s get to the good stuff!

Events

1.🎤 Jeff Dunham: Artificial Intelligence

Even if you don’t know this name, you’ve probably seen his face. Jeff Dunham is America’s most famous ventriloquist. He’s in Columbus for one night only, and that night happens to be TONIGHT, so don’t wait if you are considering going. Grab your tickets now!

2.🎶 Crowder & Zach Williams

Two of Christian music’s biggest artists team up for a high-energy night of worship and storytelling. I expect a pretty massive turnout for this as these are really big names in the Christian music scene today. If you haven’t heard of either of these guys, they bill it as “country meets front-porch gospel” and I think that’s a pretty accurate description. I expect a full crowd at this one-night-only show.

3.🎄 Coca-Cola Holiday Caravan

If a little bit of nostalgia and Christmas magic sounds good to you, look no further as the Coca-Cola holiday caravan is rolling into town. Come and see that iconic truck from all the commercials, meet Santa, and of course grab an ice cold Coke. You know, I’ve heard Columbus locals have some opinions on that backstory of Coca-Cola and how it came “from Atlanta”. Here’s a good chance to come celebrate it and tap into that Holiday Magic just a few blocks away from where it actually got started!

4.🧣 Cozy Christmas Market

Midland Commons and Street Food Saturdays have been throwing great events and weekend markets all year, but this one kicks off the Christmas season in style. Enjoy a magical day of holiday shopping with 30+ local vendors, delicious food trucks, festive drinks, and a whole lot of cheer. Plus, Santa will be there for photos and spreading joy all around! This event is family-friendly and free to attend.

5.🍽️ Wicked Good Brunch

The folks at Hudson’s have been having fun themed brunches all year, and we’ve already featured a few here, but this one is especially topical. For those who don’t know, the 2nd part of the movie adaptation of Wicked hits theaters this Friday. For the uber fans, Hudson’s is giving you the chance to fully dive in to that world and have some delicious food and drinks.

  • Location: Hudson’s at Main street

  • Date: Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 23 and Nov. 24

  • Time: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM

  • More Info: Wicked Good Brunch

6.🦕 Dino Dig

Maybe you have kids but you aren’t ready for the Christmas festivities until after Thanksgiving. That’s perfectly understandable. This last one is just for you. Come and enjoy a fun and exciting dino dig where kids can dig for fossils, rocks and more. This event is free to attend and suitable for all ages.

  • Location: Fort Benning MWR

  • Date: Friday, Nov. 21

  • Time: 4:00 PM–6:00 PM
